Meet Sonja | Educational Leader

Hi, I’m Sonja, an Early Childhood Teacher with Seaforth Childcare.  I have a Masters Degree in Teaching specialising in ages birth to five years. I have been with Seaforth Childcare since 2015 and absolutely love my role. I am the Preschool Team Leader and also the Educational Leader at Seaforth Childcare. I oversee the development and implementation of a quality educational program and relevant written documentation at the service, ensuring that your child’s learning and development are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework of Australia – Belonging, Being, Becoming. My role as Educational Leader is to collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance. I support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
